I turned 27 today (it's kind of sad how many times I had to double-check how old I am... it's easy to lose track these days!) I cooked zero meals and Daniel made me homemade strawberry shortcake (that's right, shortcake and whip cream from scratch... yummmm!)
Even Lettie got in on some of the goodness (the strawberry part), and needed an immediate bath afterwards... which meant adorable naked baby.
She looks so long! When did that happen?

ReplyDeleteHappy belated birthday! That strawberry shortcake looked fantabulous, and does it get any better than pictures of chubby, naked babies? I laughed when you wrote that it took you awhile to figure out how old you are. I was convinced last year that I was turning 29 when I actually turned 28, so you can imagine my delight that I'm turning 29 and not 30 this year. :) Then again, I don't think I would have really cared! May 27 be your most blessed year yet!
