So, to update you in a much shorter post, our little nugget is chugging along. She has had her IV removed (YAY!) and is eating about 1/3 to 1/2 of her feedings on her own while the rest are run through a nasogastric tube. She needs to be able to eat entirely on her own before she can come home. Other big advances are that she's gotten to start wearing clothes because she switched from an isolette to a normal hospital crib! Very exciting! Unfortunately she is still having bradycardias ("bradys"), which means her heart rate will drop. Luckily she usually raises it on her own, but she also has to have none of those for at least five days before she can come home. We can't wait for that day.
